This course teaches you the foundations of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies and gives you the fundamental research skills, evidence-based practice, contemporary approaches of CBT such as Compassion-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to integrate CBT into your workplace or practice. This course will also give you the ability to implement CBT interventions and research skills to help clients and patients effectively.
You will study modules such as Integrating Practices, Working with People with Stress and Disorder and Relationships Informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy that will give you a solid foundation to develop your knowledge and understanding of this highly demanded mental health intervention.
