COURSE STRUCTURE
Module 1: Foundations for Positive Change – Utilising the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).
Units covered:
BPCCOA401A – Adopt a positive and flexible coaching style based on awareness of self and others
BPCCOA402A – Establish foundations of the coaching relationship
Module 2: Creative Planning and Prioritising – Learn the techniques and methodologies essential to support your clients or teams to plan and prioritise effectively.
Units covered:
LCMCOM001 – Provide leadership in developing and implementing a coaching and mentoring plan
BSBREL402 – Build client relationships and business networks
Module 3: Values Exploration and Belief Change – Develop your skills and ability to explore the complex area of values and beliefs to achieve the most fulfilling coaching outcomes.
Units covered:
BPCCOA406A – Challenge client to transform limiting beliefs and behaviour and align with core values
Module 4: The Accomplished Coach – Understand and use advanced techniques to challenge and sustain greater commitment and accountability, as well as being able to effectively promote coaching within any work environment. In this module we expand on the previous units and the capacity to demonstrate coaching that aligns with the ICF Core Competencies.
Module 5: Implementing Coaching into the Workplace – Utilise the knowledge gained through the previous 4 modules and apply a coaching approach to promote a culture of learning and increased employee engagement within an organisation.
