Overview
The Australian College of Nursing (ACN) offers a number of graduate certificate courses, enabling nursing professionals to gain the qualifications they need to specialise in their particular passions and skillsets within the health care industry.
ACN’s graduate certificates are of an equivalent standard to qualifications at other Australian higher education institutions, including universities. These courses may also be recognised by universities, enabling advanced standing towards higher degrees, under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
Studying a graduate certificate specialty with ACN will provide you with the knowledge and skills for the provision and coordination of evidence based care.
Flexible learning
ACN offers a flexible learning environment, with all of our graduate certificate courses and postgraduate units of study being delivered online and some units of study encompassing clinical placement experience. Our courses are designed to be undertaken part time to fit in with work and life commitments.
Eligibility
Admission is based on academic merit and selection. Applicants are required to hold a Bachelor of Nursing or registered nurse qualification, be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (or international equivalent), have a minimum of one year postgraduate experience and be currently employed in an appropriate clinical setting.

FEE-HELP
FEE-HELP is a loan scheme that assists eligible fee paying students pay all or part of their tuition fees. ACN is an approved FEE-HELP provider. FEE-HELP can be used for our graduate certificate courses, provided the student meets the citizenship and residency requirements.
