Practical, Positive Leadership Series

The goal of this 4-module program is to equip and empower you in your leadership role with knowledge, tools and strategies in the most practical, positive ways; to enable you to fulfill your role with confidence, pride, credibility and integrity. 

Methodology: Each module is conducted as a full-day workshop at monthly intervals. In between the workshops you will have access to coaching support to assist you in your leadership development and consolidation.

Course Dates: Mondays, 8 April, 6 May, 3 June and 8 July.

CPD: 24 hours CPD across 2 CPD years.

Objectives/Learning Goals:
At the end of each session and with ongoing practice, it is anticipated that you will be able to:

• Re-script your motivation from the inside-out. When you know "why" you will be clear about the "how";
• Define your purpose and desire for what you want to become as a person and as a persuasive and inspirational leader;
• Turn self-care into the number 1 strategy to build emotional, physical and psychological resilience;
• Leverage the understanding of "the web of connection" in building a team based on willingness, unity and partnership;
• Apply the principles and practice of emotional intelligence to difficult and challenging situations and conversations to get the best outcome;
• Address problems with solution-focused mindset and actions;
• Understand and apply the fundamentals of personality preferences to get people on-side;
• Develop a strong sense of community and gratitude towards everyone, every time.
